Adipocyte Growth Supplement (AdGS) is a medium supplement designed for maintenance of normal human adiopocyte culture in vitro. It is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains proteins necessary for the culture of normal human preadipocytes. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced growth environment that maintains normal human adipocyte culture in vitro. The supplement is designed as an additive for Adipocyte Medium (AdM, Cat. No. 7201) and should be used in conjunction with that medium. |
